Thomas Gilbert is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. Since 2005, Tom has worked with individual adults, couples and families in areas involving anxiety, depression, grief, communication and life-stage transition. Tom also assists individuals whose desire to express themselves through music, writing or other art forms poses challenges involving purpose, identity and motivation.
